Thinh has managed the Vietnam Holding portfolio since 2011.

He has over 30 years’ experience in Vietnam including 14 years in Asset Management, 12 years in Corporate Restructuring and 7 years consulting. Thinh was Head of the Management Consulting practice of KPMG Vietnam where he did extensive restructuring work with several state owned enterprises.

Thinh was a founder member and former chairman of the Vietnam Institute of Directors and is a respected and leading proponent of Corporate Governance among the Vietnamese business community.

Thinh holds an MBA from Washington State University and a BS degree in Mathematical Economics from Hanoi National Economic University. He is a Certified Asset Management Practitioner in Vietnam.

Craig has been involved in Vietnam for over 25 years. In 2005 he moved to Vietnam as an investment director and Head of Private Equity for Prudential Vietnam (now Eastspring), and led several notable investments. Prior to Prudential, Craig was a founding member of Standard Chartered Private Equity team, and in the 1990s ran a management consulting firm across Indochina. From 2010 to 2018 he was a managing partner and co-CEO of CapAsia, a private equity manager, investing across Asia’s emerging markets.

Craig joined with Thinh in early 2018 to co-lead the establishment of Dynam Capital.

Craig has a Masters degree in Engineering from the University of York, UK, and a MBA with Distinction from INSEAD, and is a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors.

Mr. Olsson has over 30 years of experience in debt capital markets, project finance and fund management in emerging markets. He has lived and worked in Asia for more than 10 years.

Mr. Olsson is a Senior Advisor to Dynam Capital, with responsibility for product development and marketing. Mr. Olsson has been a managing director at Prosperity Capital Management since 2004, managing the UK office with focus on product development and marketing. Prior to Prosperity, Mr. Olsson was Vice President at ABB Equity Ventures, and previously Investment Officer in the Private Sector Group at Asian Development Bank.

Mr. Olsson has a degree in Financial Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Mr. Duc holds an MBA from University of Chicago and BA in Economics from Yale University.

Before being Dynam’s member, he was a Head of Strategy & Chief Operations Officer of OneHousing.vn from 2020 to 2021, Chief Operations Officer of Propzy.vn from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, he was Chief Strategy Officer and CEO of Raise Education Cayman Ltd. in China, founder and CEO of The Edge Learning Centers in Hong Kong. Currently, he is Professional Experience of Glickman Group in Chicago/Miami, USA and Executive Chairman/Co-founder of Spores Network in Hanoi/HCMC.

Mr. Truong Hai Hung has more than 20 years’ experience working in the banking and finance industry in Vietnam. Before joining Dynam, he was the Chief Representative of Vietnam Holding Asset Management from 2016 to 2018 and also supervised Risk and Compliance. Before that he was Head of Trust and Securities Services Operations at Deutsche Bank HCMC. Prior to that, he was Head of Capital Markets of Calyon CIB Vietnam from 1996 to 2007, CEO of Hung Vuong Securities Company from 2007 to 2010 and Director of Navibank Securities Company HCMC Branch from 2010 to 2014.

Mr. Hung holds a BA in Economics from Moscow Institute of International Relations, Russia, and an MBA from the French-Vietnamese Management School, Hanoi. He is a Certified Asset Management Practitioner in Vietnam.

Mr. Minh has over 18 years of finance and investment experience, of which 11 years are in both public and private equity in a variety of industries including real estate and manufacturing. Prior to joining Dynam, he worked as an Investment Research Manager at Vietnam Holding Asset Management. From 2007 to 2015, he was Investment Manager of JACCAR Vietnam Investments. Previously, he worked for Bristol-Myers Squibb, a global biopharmaceutical company. Between 2000 and 2006, Mr. Minh was a senior auditor of KPMG Vietnam Limited.

Mr Minh holds a MBA from the University of Hawaii in 2012. Prior to that he obtained a Bachelor of Economics degree, with a major in Accounting and Auditing from the University of Economics in Ho Chi Minh City. He is currently a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) and CPA Australia.

Mr. Thanh has nearly 10 years of experience in the banking and finance industry in Vietnam, including seven years in asset management and more than two years in the banking industry. He started his career at LienVietPostBank as a corporate banking officer. He joined Vietnam Holding Asset Management in 2011 as an analyst and was promoted to manager in 2014. He spent one year at Dragon Capital as a senior banking analyst. In late 2017, he worked at Pavo Capital as a Senior Investment Manager to cover IPOs and pre-listing investment opportunities.

Mr. Thanh is a CFA Charterholder. He holds a Masters degree from Clark University, Massachusetts and a BA in Finance from Can Tho University, Vietnam.

Ms. Le Anh Hoa has more than 20 years of experience in accounting, financial controlling and securities trading. Before joining Dynam, she was with Vietnam Holding Asset Management since 2010 as a Financial Controller, then since 2012 to 2018 as an Equity Trading Officer. Prior to that, she had more than 13 years of experience in accounting and financial controlling with Siemens and Nokia Siemens Networks Ltd., Co., Vietnam.

Hoa was awarded BA in Banking and Finance from the University of Economics of Ho Chi Minh City, and BA in Foreign Studies at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.

Ms. Van has more than 10 years experience in the finance and banking industry. Before joining Dynam, she worked at Yuanta Vietnam Securities as Financial Sector Head for almost one year and PXP Vietnam Asset Management Fund as Senior Investment Analyst for 3 years. Prior to that, she spent more than seven years in sell-side equity research at Vietcap Securities Company, Maybank Kimeng Vietnam Securities Company and Phugia Securities Company.

She has an MSc in Finance from the University of Houston, and a BA in International of Trading Business from the University of Economics, Ho Chi Minh.

Mr. Nhan has many years of experience in the finance industry (investment research, trading, portfolio management). Before joining Dynam, he was a Data & Reporting Officer at Vietnam Holding Asset Management. Previously, he worked as an analyst at Investment Banking (Capital Financing) department, HSBC Bank Vietnam from 2015 to 2017. Before that, he was an actuary at Generali Vietnam Life Insurance, and treasury analyst at Saigon Joint Stock Commercial Bank (SCB).

He is a CFA Level III candidate. He achieves the first prize in scientific research contest at Hoa Sen University and holds a BSc of Financial Mathematics (Quantitative Finance) with Magna Cum Laude distinction.

Ms. Quynh has more than four years of experience in the investment industry. Before joining Dynam, she worked at Vietcombank Fund as Senior Equity Analyst for almost two years. She started her investment career at FPT Securities as Research Analyst, covering F&B, logistics and aviation sectors.

She holds a Bachelor degree in Finance and Banking from University of Economics, Vietnam. She passed the CFA level 1 examination in Jun 2016.

Mr. Vinh has nearly 8 years of experience in finance industry in Vietnam with more than 6 years in asset management.

He started his career at FPT Securities as a Research Analyst covering various sectors. After that, he worked as a Senior Research Analyst at Dragon Capital Vietfund Management (DCVFM) from 2015-2019. In early 2019, he was Senior Investment Analyst at Red Capital. Before joining Dynam, Vinh has spent nearly a year as an Assistant Fundraising Manager at Sendo.

Mr. Vinh is a CFA Charterholder and holds Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City.

Ms. Tuong has 8 years of experiences working in the public and non-profit sector. Her experiences have been mostly focused on public policy for industrial development, green growth strategies, environmental and social impact assessment, environmental governance, policy and communications and strategic planning for corporate sustainability.

Before joining Dynam, Ms. Tuong worked as the Senior Project Manager of the Packaging Recycling Organization Vietnam – a coalition of leading FMCG companies with a mission to promote circular economy development in Vietnam. Prior to that, Ms. Tuong worked as campaign leader of CHANGE, a Vietnamese NGO active in climate advocacy and energy transition. She is also an early contributor to Fair Finance Vietnam – an initiative of Oxfam Vietnam to conduct annual ESG assessment of Vietnamese commercial banks.

Ms. Tuong holds a Master of Environment major in Governance, Policy and Communications from the University of Melbourne, Australia, and a Bachelor of Social Science degree major in Sustainable Development Studies from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University, Japan.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ho Chi Minh City Open University.

Ms. Thao has 10 years of experience in Accounting and Administration. Before joining the Dynam team, she worked as a Payable Accountant cum Administrative Officer at Teka Vietnam, British Vietnamese International School HCMC and VP Bank. From 2011 to 2014, Ms. Thao was a Payable Accountant of Kimberly Clark Vietnam.

Before joining Dynam, Mr. Minh worked at Dragon Capital, focusing on public markets while also engaging in private equity deals in his last post. He started his career at Dragon in 2010 as Research Analyst and was promoted to Senior Analyst in 2013, then Associate Director in 2019.

Mr. Minh is a CFA Charterholder. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, New York, and a BA in International Business from Dickinson College (Carlisle, PA).

Ms. Phung Ngoc Huyen has more than 9 years’ experience working in auditing, assurance and accounting industry. Before joining Dynam, she was the Chief Accountant of Vina Dai Phuoc Corporation – CFLD Vietnam for more than one year in Real Estate industry. Prior to that, she worked more than 8 years for Mazars Vietnam Company Limited as Audit Assistant Manager. She was also in charge of Chinese portfolio clients at Mazars Vietnam.

Huyen holds Bachelor’s degree in Business – Accounting at RMIT University and Chief Accounting Certificate. She is currently a CPA Australia Associates membership since 2017.
